Recently, our London team had the pleasure of welcoming three exceptional women from the insurance industry to share their career journeys and personal success stories.

Carolyn Morley, Angela James, and Morayo Alalade shared their valuable insights and experiences, showcasing their leadership and expertise in their respective roles. It was truly inspiring to hear from these talented women and learn from their wisdom.

Our Swansea team hosted a breakfast and heard a TED talk from the influential leader Sheryl Sandberg, followed by a panel discussion with Emily Thomas Assoc. CIPD, Deniece Maddocks-Davies, and Alys Carlisle. The event was a great opportunity for our employees to exchange experiences and address challenges they have faced in their careers.
